To reset an individual’s password, log in as an administrator and navigate to CP > Users. From there, search for the user in question and click on their name. On the edit user box, click on the eSchools Settings tab and scroll down to the username and password boxes – you will then be able to reset either the username, password or both. 

Once done, click on Save Changes for this to take immediate effect.
