As a school, you may wish to restrict the number of functions available for your user types; for example you may not want to give the ‘Files’ function to Contacts if it is not required.
To do this:
1) Login to eSchools as an Admin
2) Hover over ‘CP’ and click ‘Modules’
3) Click the user type you want to change the modules for
4) Drag and drop the modules you want to enable/disable for this user type.
5) Click ‘Save Changes’.
This will now either enable or disable the module(s) you selected for this user type.
