If you have forgotten your password and are a parent or teacher with a registered email address, you can reset your password by clicking on the 'I've forgotten my password' link on the login screen. From there if you type in your registered email address, you will receive a mail which will allow you to change your password and allow you to log back into the learning platform.

Please note that we cannot process requests from parents to have access to their own child's lost/forgotten account details over the phone or within a ticket. This is for data security purposes to prevent malicious activity and would only be sent to a recognised email address at the school in question. It is advisable to contact the school/college office so that they can provide you with your password directly.
